Maintenance
Maintenance of Vacuum Pump
1. Regularly check the oil level position and adjust it to meet the requirements if it does not meet the requirements. When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level should reach the center of the oil level gauge.
2. Regularly check the oil quality, and if the oil deteriorates, replace it with new oil promptly to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump.
3. The oil change period is considered based on actual usage conditions and whether the performance requirements can be met, and is determined by the user at their discretion. When using a new vacuum pump to remove clean and dry gas, it is recommended to change the oil every 100 hours of operation. After no ferrous metal powder is visible in the oil, the oil change period can be appropriately extended in the future.
4. In general, after working for 2000 hours, the vacuum pump should be repaired to check the aging degree of the rubber seal, check whether the exhaust valve plate is cracked, and clean any dirt that has settled on the valve plate and exhaust valve seat. Clean the parts in the entire vacuum pump cavity, such as rotors, rotating discs, springs, etc. Generally, clean with gasoline and dry. Clean the rubber parts and wipe them dry with a dry cloth. When cleaning and assembling, handle with care to avoid damage.
5. If conditions permit, clean the pipes to ensure smooth flow.
6. After reassembly, a trial run should be carried out. Generally, it must be idle for 2 hours and the oil should be changed twice. Due to the presence of a certain amount of volatile substances in the vacuum pump during cleaning, it can only be put into normal operation after normal operation.
7. Check the vacuum pump pipeline and joints for looseness. Rotate the vacuum pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
8. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the centerline of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in a timely manner.
