Doors
Single door: The equipment is equipped with a pneumatic start-stop system. The material on the inside of the door is consistent with the inner wall. To provide better sealing between the door and the sterilization cabinet and to ensure safer docking between the door and the sterilization cabinet, silicone rubber sealing strips with high-temperature resistance are installed around the inner side of the door. It has extremely strong resistance to damage and is durable.
Double doors: The installation method adopts a through-wall design, and the equipment is equipped with two pneumatic opening and closing systems. The double doors are designed to be split open. The material on the inside of the door is consistent with the inner wall. To provide better sealing between the door and the sterilization cabinet, and to ensure safer docking between the door and the sterilization cabinet, silicone rubber sealing strips with high-temperature resistance are installed around the inner side of the door. It has extremely strong resistance to damage and is durable.
Notes: All mechanical and electrical components are installed on the nonsterile side.
Electrical Control Cabinet
The control cabinet can be in two forms: independent or integrated with the device host.
Independent control cabinet: made of high-quality stainless steel 304, with a beautiful appearance. Internally installed electrical instruments and accessories required for products such as power supply, control systems, printing systems, alarm lights, differential pressure gauges, etc.
Integrated with the device host: Made of high-quality stainless steel 304 and processed synchronously with the product body, it integrates with the equipment, making the appearance of the product more concise and space-saving. Internally installed electrical instruments and accessories required for products such as power supply, control systems, printing systems, alarm lights, differential pressure gauges, etc. Given the reliable insulation performance of the equipment, please do not worry about the impact of high temperatures on the control system.
There is a grounding wire inside the electrical control cabinet.
