Instructions for Operators
Matters Needing Attention
1. Do not bake flammable, explosive, corrosive, or non-heat-resistant items, as this may pose a danger to the equipment and operators.
2. Processing different items will result in different effects at the same stage.
3. Please follow the standard operating procedures to operate the equipment.
4. The following situations will sound and light alarms: 1. Equipment malfunction 2. Equipment program operation ends 3. Door open. Please review the touchscreen alarm options based on the on-site situation.
5. Please select or set the operating parameters of the equipment according to the process requirements, and do not use incorrect programs.
Dangerous Matters
1. Please do not open the electrical control cabinet as there is a a high-voltage power supply inside.
2. If encountering danger or special circumstances, please choose to press the emergency stop button (red mushroom-shaped) on the device. The emergency stop button can stop the equipment at any time.
3. Before opening the door, please confirm that there are no personnel or obstacles in the direction and position of the door.
4. Please place your hands in the door handle position when opening or closing the door, and do not place your hands on the edge of the door.
5. Do not touch motor parts or high-temperature surfaces.
Technical Personnel Notice
Matters Needing Attention
1. Maintenance operations must be carried out by trained and skilled workers.
2. Please turn off the equipment and cut off the main power supply before maintenance.
3. Please check if the water cooling pipes of the equipment are closed.
4. Please follow safety regulations during work.
Dangerous Matters
1. When repairing equipment, please first confirm the working status of the equipment, especially the temperature inside the chamber.
2. If the temperature inside the chamber is too high (exceeding 60 °C), do not perform maintenance operations. Under the premise of non mechanical equipment failure, the equipment cooling function can be used to cool the equipment to a suitable temperature before conducting maintenance operations.
