Equipment Body
The inner and outer walls of the DMH series sterilization cabinet are processed and manufactured using high-quality stainless steel plate bending and welding processes. It has the advantages of a beautiful appearance, durability, and. The sterilization cabinet chamber is designed with circular arc transitions around it, and there are no dead corners in the air duct. All seams are welded tightly and polished evenly; internal residues and dust can be rinsed with water; and the operation is simple and fast.
To effectively convection the air inside the sterilization cabinet and achieve a uniform temperature, this series of products is equipped with high-temperature-resistant circulating fans and blades. The fan blades are made of high-quality stainless steel plates and have undergone preheating and dynamic balancing treatments. Therefore, the fan has the advantages of smooth operation, low noise, a low failure rate, and easy disassembly and maintenance.
Insulation Layer
The insulation layer is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber cotton compacted and filled, and the overall insulation layer thickness of the product is ≥ 150mm. Make it have good insulation and insulation effects, free of asbestos.
Heating Elements
The heating element is made of high-quality stainless steel tubes. It has a long service life, good heating stability, reliable insulation, and is easy to replace.
Electrical Control
The frequency converter equipped with this equipment is used to adjust the speed and air volume of the fan, effectively reduce fan noise, reduce energy consumption, and reduce grid load, thereby extending the service life of the fan.
This equipment is controlled by a PLC-programmable controller and achieves a human-machine dialogue function through a touch screen.
Car and Trolley (Optional)
If a small car or trolley is selected, it will be allocated in the form of one inner trolley and two outer trolleys. Both the inner and outer carriages are made of high-quality and aesthetically pleasing stainless steel square and round tubes welded together, which are sturdy and durable. The outer trolley is equipped with a fixing device, please secure the inner trolley when moving the trolley. Enable it to move smoothly and synchronously with the car. To facilitate the smooth docking of the internal and external trolleys and the loading and unloading of items by the trolley, tracks have been installed inside the equipment.

Maintenance and Upkeep
1. After each sterilization, the sterilizer needs to be cleaned to remove dirt from the filter screen;
2. When not in use for a long time, wipe the inside of the extinguisher clean, keep it dry and clean, and close the door.
3. Check the sealing ring of the sterilization box door, clean foreign objects promptly, and replace them promptly if aging, breakage, or other phenomena occur;
4. Regularly check whether the medium efficiency filter at the air inlet, high-efficiency filter at the air outlet, and high-efficiency filter at the dehumidification outlet of the circulating air high-temperature resistant filter need to be replaced.
