Working Principle
After loading the equipment through a customized cleaning rack, push it into the workroom, and after the water enters the cleaning liquid level, start the water pump to pressurize and clean it. During the cleaning process, a quantitative amount of alkaline or acidic cleaning agent can be added (optional for monitoring the conductivity of alkali), and the temperature of alkali cleaning can be set to steam or electric heating. After cleaning, use pure water and injection water to clean the key equipment in production, After the last injection of water for cleaning, conductivity monitoring of the cleaning endpoint can be carried out, and electric heating can be carried out after completion. Dehumidification drying (drying temperature 110 degrees Celsius, parameters can be set), and finally cooling.
