Operational Principle
Vacuum drying refers to heating and drying dry materials under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, forming a vacuum state in the studio, thereby reducing the boiling point of water and accelerating the drying speed. There are various options for heating media such as ethylene glycol, hot water, and heat transfer oil.

· Pulsating Vacuum
A pulsating vacuum utilizes the principle that the volume of gas increases exponentially when entering the negative pressure chamber. Intermittent pulsating gas enters the chamber and rapidly expands to form an airflow, which is more conducive to the vacuum pump extracting water vapor from the chamber. It can increase the drying efficiency by four times (there may be differences depending on the materials).
· The Door
The oven door can be manually or automatically opened or closed. The sealing strip adopts mechanical compression sealing or airbag sealing to ensure a high vacuum inside the oven.
· Mobile Cleaning Device
The use of specially developed cleaning nozzles can achieve complete CIP function (fixed), partially or completely replacing manual cleaning, and the cleaning process can be repeated and verified.
Greatly reduce the time for changing varieties, improve work efficiency, and reduce worker labor intensity.
A cleaning agent can be used for cleaning.
