Operating procedures
1. Check if the gearbox oil has reached the oil mark
2. Check if the fasteners at the connection are loose
3. Check if the electrical appliances are functioning properly
4. Check if the heat source and pipelines are unobstructed
5. Loading: Directly open the port on the container and manually load the material into the tank
6. Connect the power and hot water
7. Set parameters on the instrument and start the equipment to work
8. Turn on the main engine transmission motor to slowly rotate the can body
9. After the material is dried and mixed, stop supplying the heat source
10. Inch the operation button to make the discharge port of the dryer downward
11. Place the loading cylinder at the discharge port of the dryer
12. Open the lid and discharge the material. After taking out the item, it should be placed as required to prevent secondary pollution
13. Dry mixed items and non-dry mixed items cannot be mixed
14. After completing the work, cut off the power supply of the equipment and check if it is turned off normally
15. After completing the work, clean the operating room and dryer according to the cleaning requirements
16. The operator on duty should record and archive the data, sign and date it, and indicate the drying date and qualified mark on the dried items
Maintenance
1. Apply anti-rust oil to the outer surface that is prone to rust due to prolonged downtime, and cover it with a protective cover.
2. Conduct routine inspections of the equipment every month to check the flexibility and wear of the transmission components.
3. Regularly check whether the insulation and grounding of electrical circuits are normal, and whether all connections are firm and free of looseness.
