The working principle of a dry heat sterilization oven is to place an oven, bottle, or car filled with materials into the oven, start a PLC programmable control system, and the internal circulation fan will work, heat, and the butterfly valve will be opened simultaneously, and the drying oven will quickly heat up.

 

Under the action of an internal circulation fan, dry and hot air enters the chamber through a filter, forming a uniformly distributed air that is transferred to the box body under microporous regulation. The dry air absorbs the moisture on the surface of the bottle (material, item), enters the heating channel for evaporation and discharge, and the dry air circulates in a directional direction under the action of the fan, while the water vapor is discharged.

 

As the water vapor gradually decreases and fresh filtered air is intermittently replenished, the inside of the chamber is in a slightly positive pressure state, the constant temperature ends, and the process control is completed. Turn on air supply or (water inlet) forced cooling, the automatic butterfly valve enters the closed state, and sound and light prompts to open the door and discharge the bottle.
