CT-C-W Series External Circulation Clean Hot Air Circulation Oven – CT-C-IIW

External circulation ovens are used to sterilize equipment, glassware, and certain types of materials used in pharmaceutical production. The hot air circulation ensures uniform heating throughout the chamber, effectively killing microorganisms and achieving sterility.

Product Characteristics

·The design and manufacturing of this model comply with GMP certification requirements.

·The forced advection or convection design allows clean hot air to be fully heated in contact with the material, improving drying efficiency and shortening drying time. The drying rate is 2–5 times that of a regular oven.

·The circulation system is equipped with complete filtration protection to completely avoid potential cross-contamination hazards.

·The system can intelligently control humidity, reasonably remove humidity, and set drying programs for different materials, achieving ease of operation.

·During the entire drying process, there is no need to flip the material, reducing the labor intensity of the operation and avoiding dust flying during the material preparation process.

·This model is designed with no dead corners and is easy to clean. Heating source: hot water, low-temperature steam, electricity, etc

·The dynamic and static split design effectively ensures the safety of the drying process.

·The optimized control system and structure make the internal temperature
