Transportation Installation and Debugging Notice
Transportation
1. The equipment will have an outer package upon leaving the factory. The packaging can be simple rainproof packaging or wooden packaging boxes.
2. Unless otherwise specified, the equipment will generally be transported by car to the location designated by the purchaser.
3. Please use a forklift within the load range to unload the loading equipment from the truck.
4. The external dimensions of the equipment will be the same as specified in the contract.
Storage
If the equipment needs to be stored for a long time upon arrival at the user’s site, do not park the equipment in an outdoor area. Please place the device in a dry and well ventilated room.
Unpacking
1. The dry heat sterilization cabinet is packaged in wooden packaging boxes and transported to the demand side.
2. Please use a forklift within the load range to unload the equipment from the car.
3. Please remove the top packaging of the wooden box first, and then dismantle the surrounding boxes.
4. Please carefully check and verify the materials, accessories, and all accompanying documents of the equipment.
Installation in Place
1. If the equipment needs to be lifted in place, there is a lifting ring on the top of the equipment, located at the four corners of the top. Please ensure that the equipment is vertical to the ground during the lifting process.
2. If the equipment needs to be moved in place, there is a wooden bracket at the bottom of the equipment, which can be completed by a forklift or trolley within its load range.
3. Ensure that the equipment is installed horizontally.
4. The demand side needs to provide shared support.
5. Please reserve the power cord near the equipment electrical control cabinet and leave enough length for easy power connection.
6. If equipped with water cooling, please install the pipeline filter and solenoid valve (randomly placed inside the equipment) horizontally on the top inlet of the equipment in sequence.
Long Downtime
1. Remove the items from the inner chamber.
2. Close the water cooling valve.
3. Turn off the main power supply of the device.
4. Ensure that the room is dry and ventilated.
Debugging Prerequisites
1. Please connect the 380V three-phase five-wire power line to the vicinity of the equipment electrical control cabinet and reserve sufficient length for easy connection to the equipment circuit.
2. Please install the cooling water pipe outlet on the equipment, with one end for the water inlet and the other end for drainage, without distinguishing between the inlet and outlet. The drainage outlet should be open and no water vapor-blocking devices should be installed. The pipeline filter and solenoid valve should be installed horizontally and connected to the inlet end.
3. Please connect the exhaust duct properly (to the top mezzanine or outdoors). The dry heat sterilization cabinet is a high-temperature equipment, and the discharged air is very hot. Do not exhaust hot air indoors.
Attention: Before installation and debugging, the high-efficiency filter can be stored in a closed and dry space for a validity period of 12 months.
