The PFZG series flat vacuum drying oven uses hot water heating to quickly vaporize and discharge the moisture in the dried water-containing items, achieving the purpose of drying. Compared with ordinary drying methods, it has the advantages of fast drying speed, low pollution, and no damage to the internal quality of dried items when heating items to much higher than 100 °C at one atmospheric pressure. Therefore, low-temperature drying ovens are widely used in medicine, food, light industry, and other industries Used for low-temperature drying in chemical and other industries.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
1. First, place the drying oven in a stable place indoors, without the need for other fixing devices.
2. Connect the hot water pipeline and vacuum pipe, and connect the power supply.
3. The vacuum drying box is equipped with a control box, and a digital display meter on the control box displays the temperature inside the box.
4. Users must be equipped with a shut-off valve installed at the vacuum interface of the drying oven to facilitate control of the vacuum level inside the oven.
5. The drying oven must be cleaned and disinfected before use.
6. Open the door of the drying oven, place the materials in the baking tray, close the door of the oven, and tighten all handwheels.
7. Close the drain valve, and vent valve, and then open the shut-off valve to start vacuuming (the vacuum degree is usually 0.08 MPa).
8. Turn on the power supply, set the temperature value on the digital display, open the valve, and the hot water starts to work, delivering it to the box pipe rack.
9. When the temperature inside the drying oven reaches the set temperature value, the solenoid valve will automatically close. When it falls below the specified value, the solenoid valve will automatically open.
10. After reaching the set temperature, the materials in the drying box continuously absorb heat and evaporate under negative pressure, thus achieving the purpose of drying.
11. The front of the drying oven is equipped with a mirror to observe the process of material changes inside the oven.
After the material is dry, first turn off the power supply and then close the shut-off valve.
13. When the vacuum gauge in the drying box shows normal pressure, open the drain valve to discharge the aerosol water deposited at the bottom of the drying box.
14. Open the door of the drying oven, remove the material, and the drying phase ends.
Matters Needing Attention
1. This equipment is equipped with explosion-proof equipment, which can effectively prevent accidents from happening.
2. The vicinity of the box must be kept clean. During the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to regularly monitor the temperature changes inside the box. Once the temperature control is out of control, it should be immediately shut down for maintenance.
3. This equipment should be kept and operated by dedicated personnel. When not in use, the power should be cut off to ensure safety.
