Operational Principle
The air circulation system of the hot air circulation oven adopts a fan circulation air supply method, with uniform and efficient air circulation. The air source is driven by a circulating air supply motor (using a contactless switch) to drive the wind wheel through the heater, which sends hot air out and then through the air duct to the inner chamber of the oven. The used air is then sucked into the air duct to become the air source for further circulation and heating. Ensure uniformity in indoor temperatures. When the temperature value swings due to the action of opening and closing the door, the air supply and circulation system quickly restores its operating state until it reaches the set temperature value. The heat source of the hot air circulation oven can be steam, electricity, heat transfer oil, and so on.

Temperature of the hot air circulation oven
The hot air circulation oven has a wide range of applications and can dry various industrial materials. It is a universal drying equipment. Generally, the temperature range of the hot air circulation oven is room temperature +250 °C, and the high-temperature type is room temperature +500 °C.

After the drying oven is filled with dry materials, the moisture concentration in the working room gradually increases. Open the air outlet and continuously replenish fresh air, and the moisture concentration gradually decreases;
The circulating fan is started, and the motor part of the fan is outside the working room. When the fan is working, it will come into full contact with dry materials in the form of horizontal flow air. The moisture and gas in the studio are evenly distributed, while the induced draft fan draws the mixed gas out of the room. The heat transfer oil is heated and started. After the radiator is started, the surface temperature gradually increases. Under the action of the circulating fan, the hot air is evenly distributed and exchanges heat with the dry material;
Constant temperature drying, at a set safe temperature, hot air carries away the moisture of the dried material, and the moisture content gradually decreases until it drops below the safe concentration. Set the drying time according to the process requirements.
