The Advantages of Vacuum Drier
Compared to conventional drying techniques, it has the following advantages:
· The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be expelled, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to thermosensitive substances.
· For samples that are not easy to dry, such as powders or other granular samples, vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time.
· Various complex mechanical components or other porous samples are cleaned and then vacuum dried, leaving no residual material after complete drying.
· Safer use: eliminate the possibility of oxide explosion when exposed to heat under vacuum or inert conditions;
· Compared with ordinary drying relying on air circulation, powdered samples will not be blown or moved by flowing air;

Performance Characteristics:
Adopting the first domestic streamlined arc design, the shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed with plastic;
The local temperature control system can achieve temperature control, timing, and over-temperature alarm;
The temperature control sensor adopts capacitive original imported components;
The inner liner is made of stainless steel material; The semi-circular corners are easy to clean;
The door of this computer case is completely adjustable by the user, and the overall formed silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures a high vacuum degree inside the box;
The working room of this machine is a rectangular structure, which maximizes the effective volume.
Precautions for Use
1. The shell of the vacuum box must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
2. The vacuum box should be used in an environment with a relative humidity of ≤ 85% RH, no corrosive gases, no strong vibration sources, and strong electromagnetic fields around it.
3. The vacuum box workshop is not treated with explosion-proof or anti-corrosion measures, and items that are flammable, explosive, or prone to producing corrosive gases must not be placed for drying.
4. The vacuum pump cannot work for a long time. Therefore, when the vacuum degree reaches the requirements for dry items, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the power supply of the vacuum pump should be turned off. When the vacuum degree is less than the requirements for dry items, the vacuum valve and the power supply of the vacuum pump should be turned on again to continue vacuuming, which can extend the service life of the vacuum pump.
5. If dry items are damp, it is best to add a filter between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent humid gases from entering the vacuum pump and causing vacuum pump failure.
6. If dry items become lightweight and small in size (in the form of small particles) after drying, a barrier net should be added to the vacuum port in the workshop to prevent damage to the vacuum pump (or solenoid valve) due to the suction of dry materials.
