Control System Structure and Performance Characteristics
Control Cabinet
The equipment is not independently controlled and has a protection level of IP55. It is divided into two parts: a strong electric power box (air switch, AC contactor, etc.) and a weak electric control box (PLC, power supply, relay, etc.).
Operation Panel
There are operation panels at both ends of the sterilizer, including a touch screen, recorder, printer, buzzer, power switch, and emergency stop switch. The rear operation panel mainly has indicator lights, buzzers, and operation buttons. The entire assembly of the front and rear control panels, as well as the cables and terminal blocks, are connected to the control box as a complete unit for easy maintenance and upkeep.
Control System Hardware
- PLC:
The main controller adopts the internationally renowned German brand SIEMENS, which has powerful functions, advanced performance, high reliability, and good communication and control functions. The program can run automatically or be manually controlled to cope with special situations.
2. Touch Screen (HMI):
Adopting the internationally renowned German brand SIEMENS touch screen, installed on the control panel, and directly connected to the PLC. Touch-screen control greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators, making the entire sterilization monitoring process more intuitive and convenient. The temperature, pressure, time, process stages, preset parameters, etc. of the sterilization process are automatically displayed on the touch-screen display and can be stored in real time. It is also equipped with a microprinter for printing and recording work process parameters for easy archiving and reference.
3. Sensor:
Install limit switches on both sides of the doors, detect the opening and closing status of the doors, ensure interlocking of the doors through PLC control, and ensure safety protection for personnel.
The equipment is equipped with 6 A-grade PT100 temperature sensors inside the room, which are used to detect and control the temperature inside the room. The equipment is equipped with a pressure transmitter to detect the pressure inside the room.

The start and end times of the operation are recorded and printed as running data
Under no circumstances can operators and maintenance personnel modify permanent data (historical record data, saved files).
The pressure display accuracy is at the level of 1pa, and the monitoring and recording values are at the level of 0.1Pa.
The output signal of the process control pressure sensor is 4–20 mA.
The set program running displays the display time in seconds, which ranges from 0 seconds to 9999 seconds
A-grade PT100 temperature probe responds sensitively during the control process
The total error of a series of temperature readings (temperature probe, input module, A/D conversion): according to the PT100 A-level standard.
There are six-digit operator numbers and eight-digit product batch numbers used to distinguish between operators and production batches, and they can be automatically recorded as operational data.
