Dry Heat Sterilization Oven – DMH-5

DMH series of products utilizes the principle of circulating hot air to uniformly and consistently heat the items inside the chamber, thereby quickly and safely reaching the required temperature.

Working Principles and Workflow

Working Principle:

This series of products utilizes the principle of circulating hot air to uniformly and consistently heat the items inside the chamber, thereby quickly and safely reaching the required temperature.

Workflow:

Loading:

First, connect the power to the equipment, then open the door of the technical room of the equipment and check whether all circuit breakers in the technical room are open (unless otherwise specified, the button of the circuit breaker is open when facing upwards).

Then manually turn on the power button on the device operation panel (unless otherwise specified, the button should be turned to the right to turn it on). Press the front door open button, and the front door will automatically open.

Then place the items that need to be processed into the sterilization cabinet (for equipment equipped with inner and outer trolleys, place the items into the inner trolley first, and then use the outer trolley to deliver the inner trolley into the sterilization cabinet).

Close the sterilization cabinet door (when closing the sterilization cabinet door, be sure to push the door into place all at once to avoid rebound).

Finally, operate on the touch screen (please refer to the touch screen operation instructions), and set the necessary parameters, such as heating temperature, sterilization time, cooling temperature, etc., in the “Parameter Setting” column, then confirm and return.

Heating up:

After setting the parameters, enter the system operation and select automatic operation. At this time, the circulating fan starts to work, the heating system is also turned on, and the temperature inside the sterilization cabinet rises. Under the action of the internal circulation fan and the micro-hole adjustment of the side convection wall, a uniform horizontal laminar flow of air is formed through a high-temperature and high-efficiency filter, which continuously enters the box. The dry air absorbs the surface moisture of the bottle or material and enters the dehumidification channel for discharge (please set the dehumidification according to the moisture content of the item). Under the action of the internal circulation fan, dry and hot air circulates and flows continuously, while water vapor is continuously discharged. At the same time, fresh air is intermittently replenished, and the sterilization cabinet is in a slightly positive pressure state.

Constant temperature:

When heated to the set sterilization temperature, the control system automatically switches to the constant temperature stage and displays a countdown. When the constant temperature reaches the set sterilization time, sterilization ends.

Cooling:

Afterward, the supplementary fan is turned on, the water-cooled valve automatically opens (if equipped with water cooling), and the actuator of the dehumidification outlet air valve automatically opens, entering the cooling stage until the set temperature is reached, and the entire work program ends.

Unloading:

At this time, the loading side door cannot be opened. Press the unloading side rear door open button to open the unloading area door (there is an audible and visual alarm in the loading area indicating that the unloading side door is open), take out the items in the sterilization cabinet, and then close the unloading side door. The loading side door can only be reopened.
