The Features of Flat-Plate Vacuum Drier

What is the difference between a flat vacuum drying oven and a general drying oven?
Vacuum ovens belong to functional ovens and are very different from general ovens.Although both vacuum drying ovens and ovens are drying equipment, they are in a parallel relationship and not a subordinate relationship. This means that vacuum drying oven and oven are two different pieces of equipment, and they are different in principle and scope of use.
Firstly, from the name, it can be seen that a vacuum oven is capable of vacuuming, which requires the inner liner of the oven to be completely isolated from the outside world. There are requirements for vacuum degrees, and there are some processes with high requirements that require control of vacuum degrees. Generally, there is no requirement for a vacuum in an oven, so the sealing requirements of the inner liner are not very high.
Secondly, the inner liner of the vacuum oven is isolated from the outside, therefore, its heating method is to raise the temperature of the oven by heating the inner liner and radiating it inside the oven. The heating source of a general oven is located inside the box or in the air duct and is interconnected with the inner liner.
At last, processing and material requirements. The vacuum oven requires that the material used for the inner liner is generally thicker and needs to withstand the pressure requirements after vacuum extraction. Therefore, the inner liner is made of 3mm or thicker plates, while a 1.0mm material is generally sufficient for the inner liner of the oven. Therefore, the processing difficulty of vacuum ovens is greater than that of ordinary ovens.
