Advantages of a Flat Vacuum Oven:
1. As we all know, the vacuum drying oven is made by the traditional process in the material drying process, the water in the material is heated to form water steam, part of it is extracted outside the box by the vacuum pump, and part of it remains inside the box. Due to the temperature difference between the water steam and the inner wall of the box, this water steam is easy to condenses in the inner wall of the box to form condensate, and this condensate water will accumulate and even form a thick layer of liquid at the bottom of the box, these condensate water and liquid in the box after heating and secondary evaporation, so the cycle not only greatly increases the energy consumption of the equipment, It also seriously reduces the drying efficiency of the equipment.
2. Plate drying uses micro-pressure hot air to heat the upper surface of the material, preventing the formation of a cold film on the surface of the material so that the water vapor formed inside the material after heating can be smoothly discharged; At the same time, the principle that the volume of compressed air increases geometrically when entering the negative pressure chamber is also used to form a needle effect on the foam on the surface of the material, to achieve the purpose of defoaming. Moreover, after compressed air enters the box, it rapidly expands to form an airflow, which is more conducive to the vacuum pump extracting water vapor from the box, thereby greatly improving the drying efficiency of the equipment.
3. Store compressed air in a heatable air storage bag and heat it (at a controllable temperature). The heated compressed air is connected to the uniform jet device inside the box through an electromagnetic valve. By adjusting the PLC program, the on and off time of the electromagnetic valve can be controlled separately, thereby controlling the intake amount of compressed air and achieving intelligent control of different drying processes for different materials.
