Usage and Operation
· Preparation before Work
1. Check if the power supply is connected and the emergency stop switch is on.
2. Check if the paper tape of the printer can meet the printing requirements.
3. Turn on the device’s power and check if the device is turned on normally without any abnormalities.
4. Check if the bottom orifice plate of the cleaning box is clean.
· Loading
Select the corresponding cleaning rack according to the items that need to be cleaned, and place the cleaning rack on the external trolley of the feeding room. Then, place the tools to be cleaned in the corresponding position. Finally, push the external trolley to align with the equipment guide rail and push the cleaning rack into the equipment chamber.
· Cleaning Parameter Settings
1. Select the cleaning program according to the process needs, check if the cleaning parameters are correct, and then start the program. If any abnormalities are found, modify the data or replace the program first.
2. After starting the cleaning program, operators should not stay away from the equipment. They should observe the operating status of the equipment and promptly handle any abnormalities to prevent accidents from occurring.
3. When an unexpected alarm occurs, it is necessary to promptly check and eliminate the alarm.
4. Conduct a thorough inspection of cleaning effectiveness, record and archive cleaning data for easy traceability and inspection.
· Cleaning Completed
1. After cleaning, confirm that the temperature of the cleaning tool has cooled to a suitable temperature, and remove the cleaned and dried items.
2. After removing the cleaning equipment, it should be placed as required to prevent secondary pollution.
3. After completing the work, follow the cleaning requirements of the cleaning machine to clean the operating room and the inner chamber of the cleaning machine.
4. Cut off the power supply to the device and check if it is properly turned off.
· Notes
1. Cleaned and uncleaned items cannot be mixed.
2. The operator on duty should record and archive the cleaning data, and sign and date it.
3. When cleaning items, the cleaning date and qualification mark should be indicated.
