Operating Procedure

1. Connect the radiator and steam pipeline, and install pipeline filters and solenoid valves at the inlet of the radiator;

2. The connection of the steam heating pipeline is from top to bottom;

3. Connect the device power and check if the device is turned on normally without any abnormalities; Check the door sealing ring and door for debris and damage;

4. Place the items that need to be dried into the trolley baking tray, push the oven along the track, and close the oven door;

5. Set the target thermal temperature value, overtemperature alarm value, drying time, etc. on the temperature control table;

6. During the drying process, the temperature changes in the drying room can be observed on the digital display. Based on the drying status of the material, the dehumidification damper can be adjusted to exhaust the steam of the dried object from the working room, in order to achieve the purpose of drying; (After multiple sampling to achieve the target drying finished product parameter value, make the final parameter setting)

7. Start the automatic program, and the blower will start working at this time;

8. After the work is completed, cut off the power supply of the equipment and check whether the equipment is turned off normally;

9. Dried and non-dried items cannot be mixed; The operator on duty should record and archive the drying data, sign and date it;

10. After completing the work, clean the operating room and oven according to the cleaning requirements;

11. Attention: This oven should not be used for drying flammable, explosive, and corrosive materials; Electric heating and steam heating cannot be used simultaneously.
