Operational Principle

Adopting an external hot air circulation duct structure, the fan, heater, and air filter can be centrally installed in an external stainless steel box, with good insulation effect and high hygiene cleanliness. Moreover, the high-temperature filter is a drawer-type quick installation structure, which can be quickly cleaned and replaced. Convenient maintenance and cleaning, no sanitary dead corners in the air duct, and improved cleanliness. The exhaust outlet is equipped with an automatic control anti-backflow air valve, which is in an internal closed state when the equipment is shut down. The filter and air duct both adopt a quick installation structure, which can be quickly cleaned and replaced. Heaters, filters, and fans can be placed on top of auxiliary rooms or ovens according to the location requirements of the user’s factory building.

The main drying process flow

The partial drying process is as follows:

1. Open the door on the loading side and place the items that need to be dried (if equipped with a cart, please push the cart loaded with the dried items into the drying room).

2. Confirm that there are gaps between the dried items and that the dried items cannot stick to the inner walls or door panels of the machine.

3. Close one side door on the loading side. Select the drying program according to the process requirements and check if the drying parameters are correct before starting the program. If any abnormalities are found, modify the drying data or replace the drying program first.

4. After starting the drying program, operators should not stay away from the equipment and should observe its operating status. If there are any abnormalities, they should be dealt with in a timely manner to prevent accidents from occurring.

5. Conduct a thorough inspection of the drying effect, check the recording and archiving of drying data, and facilitate traceability and inspection.

6. After the drying is completed, confirm that the temperature in the drying room has cooled to a suitable temperature (usually less than 60 ℃). Only then can the door be opened to remove the dried items.

7. After removing the dried items, they should be placed as required to prevent secondary pollution.
