Equipment Features
This machine is particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials. For materials containing dissolved or toxic gases, it is very convenient to collect these gases during drying.
This machine is equipped with a deceleration motor, which automatically stops working when in use due to poor circuit contact or sparks.
This equipment is not easy to stick to materials, has a certain degree of heat resistance and sliding resistance, which can effectively control humidity, and is relatively wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
Operational Principles
Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into the enclosed interlayer, and the heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner shell.
Under power drive, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials inside the tank continuously mix, thereby achieving the goal of strengthening drying.
The material is in a vacuum state, and the decrease in steam pressure causes the water (solvent) on the surface of the material to reach a saturated state and evaporate, which is promptly discharged and recycled by a vacuum pump. The water (solvent) inside the material continuously permeates, evaporates, and discharges to the surface, achieving the drying goal in a short time.
Maintenance
If this machine is not in use for a long time, rinse the inside of the equipment and the jacket with clean water.
All contact surfaces of end-face seals have lubricating properties, so lubricating oil should not be applied to the sealing surface to avoid oil contamination of the material.
Composite calcium-based lubricating oil should be regularly added to the rolling bearing.
The gear transmission surface of this machine should be coated with a small amount of composite calcium-based lubricating oil.
The oil level inside the worm gearbox (reducer) should be maintained above the oil level gauge.
