Sterilizer(Dry Heat) – DMH-6A

The working principle of a dry heat sterilization cabinet is mainly to use high temperature and dry environment to kill bacteria and other microorganisms.

Instrumentation

Differential pressure gauge:

This equipment provides multiple differential pressure gauges, represented as:

1. The pressure difference between the upstream and downstream of the high-efficiency filter at the air inlet

2. The pressure difference between the upstream and downstream of the high-efficiency filter at the air outlet.

The pressure difference between the upstream and downstream sides of the high-temperature and high-efficiency filter.

Frequency Converter:

Circulating fan frequency converter: can adjust the speed, air volume, starting and braking time of the circulating fan, as well as phase loss alarm.

Supplementing air frequency converters can adjust the intake air volume and supplement air volume to ensure positive pressure in the working room.

Pressure Transmitter:

Provide pressure difference data between the inner chamber and the outside (usually on the loading side) to the PLC, printer, and recorder.

Printer:

Micro printer: records company name, operator code, batch, main setting parameters, working stage, temperature, time, differential pressure transmitter data, FH value, etc.

Recorder:

Record the curve of temperature and time at one or more points, and record the data provided by the pressure transmitter.

Note: There are two types of recorders: paperless and paperless. Paper recorders can directly output curve records, while paperless recorders need to export data (USB flash drives or card readers) to the computer for printing.

Temperature Controller:

This series of products is controlled by the PID adjustment method to control the temperature of the equipment.

PLC:

Process the data input from the touch screen and output it to the touch screen after processing. At least 10 programs can be set to dynamically display the operation status of various device components. Monitoring equipment operation and alarm information. PLC batteries need to be charged regularly; otherwise, the program will be lost.

HMI:

A concise human-machine interface, input, and output platform. The touch screen has a data storage function that can be connected to an external USB storage device to record device operation, including temperature, time, pressure difference, and other data.

Safety Devices

Contents Description
Door Interlock Front door opening and rear door alarm, rear door opening, and front door alarm. Program protection: during standby and sterilization processes, the back door cannot be opened. After sterilization is completed, the back door and front door can be opened.
Note: If it is a single-door device, there is no interlock function.
Heating and Fan Interlock This equipment is high-temperature equipment. To ensure safety, the heating of the equipment can only be turned on when the main circulation fan of the equipment is turned on.
Over Temperature Protection The equipment is equipped with over-temperature protection. Firstly, the temperature controller has a temperature upper limit control. If the set upper limit is exceeded, the equipment will automatically stop heating and can also add a mechanical protection function (optional). Secondly, the PLC has a temperature upper limit control. If the set upper limit is exceeded, the equipment will shut down (the circuit breaker will cut off the main power switch of the equipment).

There is a grounding wire (conventional grounding) inside the electrical control cabinet.
