Overview And Basic Purpose

Dry heat sterilization ovens are sterilization equipment that fully complies with the new version of China’s GMP standards and US FDA and EU CGMP regulations. This equipment is suitable for the dry sterilization and heat source removal of various heat-resistant materials, such as glass bottles, vials, glassware, metal containers, and equipment parts. Operating Principle Introduction

Under the action of the circulating fan, intake fan, heating pipe, and exhaust fan, the sterilization cabinet rapidly heats up, while clean and dry air enters the box through a high-temperature and high-efficiency filter to absorb surface moisture from the item and evaporates and exhaust it through the circulation channel. Dry air flows in a directional loop under the action of the fan, and as the water vapor gradually decreases, fresh, filtered air is intermittently supplemented at the same time, resulting in a slightly positive pressure state inside the box. The temperature of the sterilization room reaches the set value, and the insulation cycle is carried out at the set temperature to achieve sterilization of sterilized items.
