Information Services
Our company provides product user manuals, equipment outline diagrams, power wiring diagrams, etc.
Provide product “GMP” validation data, including DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, etc.
Provide technical parameters, models, specifications and product qualification certificates for product spare parts and vulnerable parts.
Installation Services
In the event that the water, electricity, and testing materials are in place, the purchaser may notify the supplier to dispatch technical personnel for equipment debugging. The expenses incurred for the water, electricity, and testing materials required for debugging shall be borne by the purchaser.
During the debugging period at the buyer’s factory, any safety accidents caused by the supplier’s equipment or personnel shall be borne by the supplier.
After receiving the user’s debugging notice, our company will send technical personnel to the site. The installation and debugging costs, as well as the accommodation and travel expenses of the supplier’s personnel, will be borne by the supplier.
GMP Verification
Our company will provide long-term “GMP” certification technical support services for users and assist them in conducting “GMP” discussions.
