Product Features
· Structure Design at the Sanitary Level
The shell is made of stainless steel plate, interior mirror polishing, and four corner transition through arcs without dead space, easily cleaned.
The design of the draining slope pipeline uses stainless steel pipes of sanitary level, making the circulation pipeline clean, without gaps or dead spaces.
The external surface uses the stainless steel plate which is neither hardly dust accumulated nor grease-stained, corrosion resistant, and easily cleaned.
· About Doors
Single door or double leaf opposite door, and equipped with double door interlocking device.
Adopts inflatable air-tight door, effectively guaranteeing the sealing performance of the doors, ensuring the long-time and no-leaking operation of the cleaning cabin.
Optional external rotation or up-down translation sealed tempered glass door is convenient for loading and unloading. Hollow glass is convenient for observing the working
condition of cleaning bin, reducing noise, and has anti pinch function.
Control System
Siemens’s human-machine interactive system has a friendly interface, is easily operated; and the dynamic displaying of the operation states of compartments is directly perceivable and reliable.
It has a complete operation flow and data record and documentation function, facilitating the retrospection.

Installation and Connection
1. The installation of the equipment should be based on the bottom and leveled properly;
2. The top of the equipment can be connected to the color steel plate for installation;
3. The space in front of the discharge gate can be used for transportation;
4. The position of the electric control cabinet is more than 0.5 meters away from the wall, making it easy for maintenance. The control and power lines are led out from the top.
