PLC Control System Description
It consists of a temperature controller, PLC, touch screen, printer, recorder, differential pressure gauge, and pressure transmitter.
HMI contains three-level password protection (for operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel). There are three levels of temperature protection (temperature controller, PLC, and terminal). Choose from three process settings for sound and light alarms. The control interface is simple and displays the real-time operation status of each component. Display a 1-point temperature control, a 1-point pressure difference FH value, and a 5-point temperature. The parameters set after the program runs cannot be changed to prevent accidental operations.
Printer: Real-time printing temperature (printing time needs to be set in HMI) and display time, process, batch, etc.
Temperature controller: According to the specific requirements of the equipment, it can automatically generate PID values through self-tuning, thereby controlling the temperature of the equipment and effectively protecting its safety. Due to the importance of the instrument, please do not touch it without the consent of our company’s professionals.
Recorder: It mainly records and displays multi-point temperature and pressure differences through various forms (pointer type, digital display type, etc.).
Differential pressure gauge: This instrument is a needle pendulum differential pressure gauge. This series of sterilization cabinets can be installed with 1-4 differential pressure gauges as required, displaying the differential pressure values in the following areas:
· Differential pressure upstream and downstream of high-temperature and high-efficiency filters on the side; The integrity of the filter can be preliminarily judged by the value of this differential pressure gauge. The normal theoretical judgment value of the filter is 120Pa-450Pa (this value is the judgment value during the equipment heating and sterilization stage)
· Differential pressure between the studio and the environment; The timely differential pressure of the studio can be determined by the displayed value of this differential pressure gauge, with a normal value of 5Pa-50pa or above.
Differential pressure transmitter: This instrument is a digital differential pressure gauge that collects and transmits data to control the pressure inside the box.

Maintenance and Upkeep
1. After each sterilization, the sterilizer needs to be cleaned to remove dirt from the filter screen and cleaned;
2. When not in use for a long time, wipe the sterilizer clean, keep it dry and clean, and close the door;
3. Check the sealing ring of the sterilization box door, clean foreign objects promptly, and replace them promptly if aging, breakage, or other phenomena occur;
4. Regularly check whether the medium efficiency filter at the air inlet, high-efficiency filter at the air outlet, and high-efficiency filter at the dehumidification outlet of the circulating air high-temperature resistant filter need to be replaced.
