Equipment Composition
Air Intake System:
It is composed of an intake fan, a high-temperature and high-efficiency filter, and an air duct.
The clean indoor air is used through the operation of the air inlet fan and then filtered through the high-temperature and high-efficiency filter at the top before entering the sterilization cabinet chamber through the air duct. During the temperature rise from room temperature to 250 °C, clean air is continuously supplied, and the studio remains under positive pressure. During the cooling process, the controller automatically sends cold air promptly, effectively accelerating the cooling speed of the sterilization cabinet.
Internal Circulation System:
It is composed of an internal circulation fan, a side high-temperature and high-efficiency filter, an air duct, a heater, and a convection wall.
When the inlet fan collects clean air and enters the air duct, the clean air is filtered by a high-temperature and high-efficiency filter on the side under the action of the circulating fan and the irregular air duct before entering the effective working chamber. During this period, the air speed and volume are adjusted by the convection wall, allowing the effective air level to flow into the working chamber, effectively ensuring the uniformity and stability of the heat distribution in the working chamber. After the effective feng shui level passes through the studio, it passes through the fixed side of the heater on the other side. The heat generated by the heater follows the effective wind and is sent back into the studio through the circulating fan and circulating air duct, thus circulating.
Dehumidification System:
It is composed of a damper actuator and a high-temperature, high-efficiency filter.
The circulating air inside the sterilization cabinet is extracted from the air duct by the dehumidification fan through a high-temperature and high-efficiency filter. And the combination of high-temperature and high-efficiency filters with air valve actuators can effectively prevent backflow pollution. During the heating process, it can avoid excessive humidity in the working room (related to the moisture content and air humidity of the baked goods), and can perform phased dehumidification of the air in the studio. During the cooling process, the studio is maintained in a positive pressure state by extracting hot air. Cooling process: cold air is sent in while cooling water is added to accelerate the cooling speed.
Pneumatic Door:
The transmission consists of a travel switch and a door-opening cylinder.
Mechanical transmission has the advantages of strong reliability and a low failure rate. The doors of this series of products are divided into two operating modes: electric and manual. If the door cannot be opened once the work program starts, it effectively improves the safety of the product.
PLC Control Monitoring System:
It consists of a temperature controller, PLC, touch screen, printer, recorder, differential pressure gauge, and pressure transmitter.
