Application Scope
This series of products is mainly used for sterilization and heat removal of heat-resistant materials, such as stainless steel vessels, metal barrels, aluminum barrels, glassware, ampoules, penicillin bottles, and various equipment components.

Principle Characteristics
The DMH series dry heat sterilization cabinet is carefully designed and developed based on the advantages of foreign manufacturing experience, and is adopted by domestic pharmaceutical enterprises, meeting GMP transformation requirements.
The dry heat sterilization cabinet adopts PLC control with manual and automatic functions, a touch-screen human-machine interface, and a dual heating protection function.
The maximum working temperature designed can reach 350 °C, and the equipment’s no-load heat distribution can reach ± 3 °C. It has efficiently passed DOP testing, dust particle testing, and reached a hundred level state inside the box.
The dry heat sterilization cabinet equipment adopts a fully welded structure, with internal polishing, Ra ≤ 0.4, no dead corners, and no sharp corners.
There is a GMP verification interface left on the device.
