Oven door: single door structure, equipped with an observation mirror on the door.
Four stainless steel wheels are installed at the bottom of the drying rack, which can move freely on the track; Equipped with one stainless steel traction small cart, it is easy for the inner drying frame to enter and exit the drying oven freely, easy to clean, time-saving, and labor-saving, reducing labor intensity and improving safety factors.
There is a distance of 5-8mm between the baking tray and the heat dissipation pipe, which is made into a track type, thereby changing the phenomenon of materials being easily burned when the bottom of the baking tray comes into contact with the heat dissipation pipe during the drying process.
To ensure sufficient water intake and uniform heat dissipation of the coil on the drying rack, there are 2 hot water inlets and 2 hot water outlets on the main pipe. A large quick-fitting joint is installed at the connection between the inlet and outlet and the box for easy disassembly, removal, and cleaning. The hot water on each layer of the drying rack in the box is in a forward and rear outlet direction.
Fold the cross bars at the top of the box to form the lowest point in the middle, making it convenient for water droplets to flow out.
Equipped with a mechanical vacuum pressure gauge to observe the pressure of the box, it is equipped with at least 2 mirrors to facilitate the observation of the situation and process of material drying inside the box.
The gap between the sight mirror and the oven door is sanitary-sealed and solvent-resistant, and the sight mirror is easy to disassemble. There is no risk of foreign objects falling out of this gap, and there is no risk of contamination.
The upper layer of the drying oven is equipped with a rinsing spray ball to ensure the internal cleanliness of the oven.
The vacuum degree test of the vacuum oven: If the vacuum degree decreases by no more than 10% within 24 hours, it is qualified.
The equipment pipe outlet includes a vacuum outlet, a temperature verification outlet, a bottom discharge, a medium inlet and outlet, and a temperature interface.
